Kim is a licensed private investigator. She has over 20 years of experience in all areas of investigation. From missing poodles to homicide. She is a former real estate paralegal from New York City and currently holds a real estate broker license in Florida since 2007. She is an expert at quantifying damages in fraud investigations and litigation disputes.
Her specialty is REAL ESTATE CRIME, particularly home owner association fraud. She testifies in court defending her findings and reports for her clients. She has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of financial crimes and is certified in anti-money laundering (AML) & the bank secrecy act (BSA).
Kim is available for speaking engagements and teaches a "Check it Out" private investigator class for criminal justice students & clients.
If she is not locating criminals on the felony warrant list for Crimestopper's, she is probably smoking a cigar while playing the piano & a game of chess somewhere. Kim belongs to the Sarasota Christian Women's Association and volunteers as an Elder Abuse Guardianship Advocate. Kim attended the Center for Advanced Legal Studies in Houston, Texas.

Stacey is a Forensic Psychology Ph.D. Candidate at Walden University. He currently holds a Master’s in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Ball State University. With over 24 years of experience & knowledge in the discipline of law enforcement he has worked for the Dept. of Homeland Security as a Special Agent; The DEA as a Task Force Agent; The EPA Office of Inspector General as a Special Agent; and The TSA as a Federal Air Marshal. He has performed interrogations; FBI style profiling & hostage negotiating; crisis intervention; violent crime analysis; espionage and spy activity evaluations; and workplace violence deterrence.
Stacey was awarded the Frederic Milton Thrasher Award on Gang Violence Research in 2015. He is a Certified FAA drone pilot and Affiliate Investigative Member of the International Association of Forensic Criminologists. He is retired and in his spare time he is an adjunct professor of criminal justice. He has also taught active shooter classes and loves to read crime novels. More recently he has been a Tedx Speaker.
